The Institute of International Business and Economics, abbreviated as "College of International Business and Economics", is located in Wuhan, Hubei Province. Approved by the Ministry of Education in 2002, it was jointly organized by wuhan textile University and Midland Times Education Development Co., Ltd. It is an independent college integrating engineering, arts and sciences, economics and management, and art. It is also a full-time ordinary college with the right to award bachelor's degrees.

Since 1982, the school has introduced high-quality and high-level professionals on a large scale throughout the province to enrich the teaching staff. On the one hand, the school actively offers new popular majors, such as Foreign Trade English.

On the other hand, it is necessary to further transform the old majors and adjust the curriculum, such as offering practical courses such as "marketing", "foreign trade accounting" and "computer accounting".

From 1984 to 1989, a specialized economic and trade class was jointly organized with Wuhan University, and 80 students graduated. 1990- 1997 co-organized with Huazhong normal university a specialized course in foreign trade English and economy and trade, with 230 graduates. 1993- 1996 jointly organized a special course on economics and trade with Wuhan University of Technology, with 220 graduates.

1994- 1997 co-organized with Huazhong university of science and technology a specialized course on international trade, with 37 graduates. 1997-2002 Co-organized with South-Central University for Nationalities a specialized course in International Trade and Business English, with 604 graduates.

Since 1998, it has jointly run schools with more than 30 universities, including Japan International College, lccieb, Singapore Xinxin Company and Toronto National North American College of Arts and Sciences, and achieved good results.
