Ningbo University, abbreviated as Ningda, is located in Ningbo. It is a university jointly established by the Ministry of Education, Zhejiang Provincial People's Government and Ningbo Municipal People's Government. It is also a university jointly established by the State Oceanic Administration and the Ningbo Municipal People's Government. It is the first batch of world-class universities in China.
