The school has two campuses, Shang Jie Campus and Taijiang Campus, covering an area of about 1.500 mu, with a school building area of more than 420,000 square meters. The main campus is located in Shang Jie Campus of Fuzhou University New District. There are 20 colleges (departments) with more than 2 1 1,000 students and 700 faculty members (including affiliated hospitals), including more than 200 students in the headquarters 1 1,000. There are five directly affiliated hospitals, of which the third affiliated hospital is under construction. Adhering to the concept of open education, we have carried out multi-level and multi-angle cooperation with more than 30 universities and research institutes at home and abroad.

There are 20 colleges (departments) including Union Medical College, First Clinical Medical College, Second Clinical Medical College, Provincial Clinical Medical College, Deputy Clinical Medical College, Clinical Teaching Department, Ideological and Political Theory Teaching and Research Department, Physical Education Teaching and Research Department, Overseas Education College, Adult Education College and Continuing Education College.
