The Students' Union of International Exchange College will work under the leadership of the General Party Branch and the specific guidance of the General League Branch. Its main responsibilities are:

Responsibilities of the President and Vice-President of the Student Union
1, Chairman

Responsibilities of all departments of the Student Union
1, Secretariat
(1) Timely and accurately publish the Student Union Monthly, which is the organ publication of the Student Union, and cooperate with the relevant departments of the Student Union to print and publicize the publication.
(2) Do a good job in the daily work of the secretariat, including financial management, document drafting, filing, publicity, investigation and research, document extraction, document processing, arranging meetings, receiving visitors, etc.
(3) Give full play to the role of the Secretariat and strengthen external liaison.
(4) Cooperate with various ministries to organize large-scale activities, do a good job in propaganda and mobilization, and report in time.
