Every holiday or when I stop to rest, my favorite soup is being cooked in the pots in the kitchen, and the room is full of delicious food. I sat quietly on the ground reading, and I enjoyed that moment.

Throughout 2020, I learned to cook all kinds of pasta, and I still pay attention to eating it alone, including jiaozi, steamed buns, steamed buns, steamed flower rolls, baked sugar cakes and handmade noodles. Pasta is becoming more and more colorful.

Cooking has different meanings in every stage of my life, and of course, my experience of it is also different.

After graduating from college, when I first arrived in the south, I couldn't get used to the local food, so I missed the food in my hometown and the taste of the dishes cooked by my mother. So I started the road of learning cooking. On the one hand, you can cook according to your own taste and solve the pain of homesickness. On the other hand, the salary just graduated is not high, and cooking by yourself is more economical and practical, which is the best of both worlds. So I made braised crucian carp, braised ribs, fried vegetables, stewed fish soup, pork bone soup and ribs for the first time, because ribs can't be too bad! Of course, the dishes that can be cooked are delicious and not sticky.

I remember one weekend, I invited my college classmates Chen Chun and Lingyun to have lunch at home. I went to the market to buy fresh grass carp. After the boss handled it, he sliced me, bought the sauce of pickled fish, and came back to make pickled fish step by step according to the instructions. This is the first complicated dish in my life. I remember stewing a big pot, and the taste was ok. After all, there are spices and instructions. After eating, three people said: I don't want to eat any more this month.

At that time, I didn't realize that cooking was really fun and the food was not delicious. Everything is about survival.

Later cooking is really to make yourself eat better and ensure the body's demand for nutrition, because the work is really hard.

During those years in Shenyang, I did cook a lot of dark dishes. Many times, my colleagues and classmates told me to give up cooking. The college student said, just give up learning to cook and marry a man who can cook. Cooking really doesn't suit you. I sent a circle of friends at that time. Many people don't know what I'm doing. I made braised hairtail with a lot of coriander on it. Of course, parsley is not beautifully cut. Then someone else's message is: Is this fried spinach? Is this fried pork slices? You also said you cooked mala Tang? It's a long story, including meeting the next day, and my colleague asked me, what did the child cook last night? I watched it with your brother-in-law for a long time, and I don't know what you did. It can be seen how my cooking level was at that time.

Every Monday when I go to work, Brother General Ledger always asks me with a smile, what hard dishes did you cook at the weekend? I said angrily: take a bite, boom, the tooth fell out! Do you think it's difficult? My colleague at the back asked me with a puzzled look: Did you fry hazelnuts? Well, cooking is a long story.

The real epiphany about cooking began at 16. Somehow, my brain suddenly understood that I could cook delicious dishes.

Probably the result of the so-called quantitative change to qualitative change! Perhaps my mood has changed, I am no longer alive like a machine, and I am more optimistic. That year was the first time I accepted my imperfections, admitted my shortcomings, reconciled with myself and the whole world, and then exercised every day, practiced vest line and stewed beef and chicken breast. Sports, reading and food have become a habit of mine in the future.

After 16, cooking became my hobby, and I enjoyed the process.

It's ok to go out to eat occasionally in recent years. If you eat out for a week in a row, it will affect your appetite and you will want to cook by yourself.

Many people think that one bite is enough, and cooking by themselves is a waste of time.

In fact, I want to say that this time is not a waste, but a kind of enjoyment. To enjoy our awe of food and cook a nutritious and delicious meal is to treat ourselves well and comfort our hard life.

Cooking can also be a hobby. Of course, writing begins with 18 and records your own thoughts. Now, food, fitness, reading and writing have become my spare time. Of course, I also want to learn some musical instruments, so that my old age will not be too boring.

The process of cooking is also a practice. Don't be afraid of trouble, because life itself is the biggest trouble.

Whether it is work or life, it is a kind of practice for those of us who come to this world for a walk. Seeing the colorful cut ingredients and the sizzling sound of oil in the pot, the moment when the ingredients are put into the pot is joyful, the moment when the prepared food is put into the vessel is also joyful, and the moment when the delicious food is put into the mouth is also joyful and happy.

I never take the trouble to cook, even if I am alone, I will still take it seriously.

Once, I cooked two dishes and one soup and took photos for my aunt's cousin. She said: I thought you were a trouble-averse person, but I didn't know you were trouble-averse until you took cooking seriously. I said: life itself is the biggest trouble, but we still have to deal with it, don't we?

Nowadays, women are advocating independence. I think independence is not as simple as ordering takeout. We should be able to take care of ourselves. Of course, cooking is the most basic survival skill. I hope we can all fall in love with cooking and enjoy the cooking process.

I think a person can cook in order to ensure that no matter how difficult the conditions are, he can use the existing ingredients to make a delicious meal for himself and his family. It is also a kind of kindness to yourself and your family. Eat well, the future can be expected, eat well. Even in adversity, I think it is always easier to survive.
