What documents do students need to apply for social security cards?
The insured shall provide the following materials:

1. Original and photocopy of the insured's ID card (below 16, household registration book is provided without ID card);

2. Receipt of digital photos of the insured (no need for social security cards before);

3. The original and photocopy of the guardian's ID card;

4. The original and photocopy of the guardianship certificate (the birth certificate of the insured or the guardianship certificate or household registration book issued by the Civil Affairs Bureau where the insured is registered);
