Every June. According to official website's graduation announcement of Lanzhou Institute of Technology, Lanzhou Institute of Technology holds graduation ceremony every June and issues graduation certificates. Lanzhou Institute of Business and Technology, formerly known as Longqiao College of Lanzhou University of Commerce, was established in March 2000 with the approval of the former Gansu Provincial Education Commission.
