The main body of the Oriental Pearl Radio and Television Tower is a multi-tube structure, which consists of three diagonal braces, three vertical columns, a square, a tower base, a lower sphere, five small spheres, an upper sphere, a space capsule, a transmitting antenna pole and so on. The main structure is 350 meters high, with a total height of 468 meters and a total construction area of 6,543,800 square meters.

Shanghai Urban History Development Exhibition Hall is located in the Oriental Pearl Radio and Television Tower. Through the introduction of more than 80 scenic spots, hundreds of precious historical relics, hundreds of scaled-down historical buildings, 1 17 high imitation wax figures, thousands of small wax figures and small clay figurines, the development process of Shanghai's urban history is reflected.

Located in the upper sphere of the tower, the revolving restaurant in the sky of the Oriental Pearl Radio and Television Tower is 267 meters high and has a building area of 1.500 square meters. It is the highest revolving restaurant in Asia.
