In the case that the ideological and political moral assessment and physical health examination are qualified and meet the requirements of the school, the school will give priority to scores and follow the principle of voluntariness to enroll majors. Professional volunteers are not graded. According to the candidates' scores and professional volunteers, they are admitted from high scores to low scores. Candidates who can't meet all the professional volunteers will be transferred to the majors whose enrollment plans are not full.

Candidates with the same scores when enrolling majors are selected according to the ranking rules determined by the provincial admissions department. For batches without ranking rules, they will be selected according to Chinese, mathematics and foreign language scores in turn.

Chapter V Supplementary Provisions

Article 22

Non-Tibetan students are required to apply for the Tibet employment enrollment plan. Other enrollment plans are not limited to previous students and fresh students, and there is no male-female ratio limit for all enrollment majors.

English, Japanese and Russian are taught in foreign language courses for undergraduates. Candidates in other languages should fill in their volunteers carefully.

The school cooperated with Aston University in the UK to set up engineering management major (Sino-foreign cooperative education), and cooperated with Auckland University in New Zealand to set up computer science and technology major (Sino-foreign cooperative education), biotechnology major (Sino-foreign cooperative education) and chemistry major (Sino-foreign cooperative education).

Some courses of the above majors are taught in English. Candidates who are not English languages should apply carefully.

Article 25

The academic system of urban and rural planning is five years, and that of other majors is four years.

The physical examination shall be carried out in accordance with the Guiding Opinions on Physical Examination for Enrollment of Ordinary Colleges and Universities issued by the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Health and the China Disabled Persons' Federation and relevant supplementary provisions.

Article 27

The specific transfer policy is implemented according to the relevant regulations issued by the school that year.

Article 30

The school collects tuition and accommodation fees according to the standards approved by the Development and Reform Commission of Heilongjiang Province and the Finance Department of Heilongjiang Province. If there are any adjustments, the school will implement the new standards;

Students admitted according to the professional category shall be subject to the minimum tuition standard of the major included in the professional category during the training period, and the tuition fee shall be charged according to the professional standard after transferring to the major.

During the period when students enrolled by Chinese-foreign cooperatively-run schools study abroad, tuition fees shall be charged by foreign universities in accordance with the tuition standards issued that year.

Article 31

The school does not entrust any intermediary or individual to enroll students, and does not charge any fees other than those stipulated by the state.
