The library of Inner Mongolia University of Science and Technology undertakes the teaching task of information literacy education and innovative quality education for all students, and offers two elective courses: network resources and information retrieval and creation. Among them, the teaching research and practice of the course "Network Resources and Information Retrieval" won the second prize of teaching achievement in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region in 2005 because of its remarkable achievements, and was designated as a compulsory course by the school from 2006. This course has created a new teaching mode of "combining classroom multimedia teaching with online demonstration teaching, combining online reading of lecture notes with online submission and correction of homework, and combining open teaching with research teaching and personalized teaching". It has provided a successful example for offering similar courses for public courses in colleges and universities, and won wide praise and honor for internal science and technology university. In the teaching skill competition of young teachers in Inner Mongolia University of Science and Technology, our library won the second prize and the third prize twice.
