In order to protect, inherit and carry forward the intangible cultural heritage of the Yi people, with the authorization and support of the state government, Barmore Ha once again took the lead, organized relevant experts and thousands of performers to carefully plan and arrange, and adopted DVD/VCD/CD media to release a set of newly designed and recorded teaching films and music integrating China yi dance and Ashiqie (Yi Youth Dance), which was released by China in August 2005. With the support of him and his sister Yi group in Ba Maw, Shan Ying Group and Hei Hu Group (the predecessor of "Made by Yi People") have successively stepped out of Daliangshan area, which has promoted the development of original music of Yi people. In the past decades, Barmore Ha has been collecting information about Yi folk songs and traditional music, and has created many lyrics and songs on the basis of absorbing elements of national music. Among them, the wine song Su Mudi Weaver is the most well-known and one of the most widely sung works. In 2005, in order to express his love for his motherland, nation, hometown and compatriots, Barmore Ha, who was over 70 years old, collected some songs written by himself and published the album Love in Liangshan. In 2006, he selected 22 pieces from the 136 instrumental works composed and performed by famous folk artists in Liangshan collected by himself and his sister Yi group in Ba Maw for a long time, and integrated them into the classic works of folk instrumental music of Yi people in China, A Natural Journey to Daliangshan, which was published by Beijing Normal University Audio-visual Publishing House in July of the same year.

Barmore Ha is currently the president of Liangshan Yi Society and honorary president of Liangshan Quyi Artists Association. On weekdays, he not only collects Yi folk songs and traditional music, but also studies Yi culture. He is the author of China Yi-ology Discipline Construction (won the second prize of outstanding scientific research achievements in philosophy and social sciences by the state committee and the state government), Shan Ying Group, the development trend of Yi's original ecological music, the vicissitudes of 50 years and the prosperity of Yi-ology in the Millennium, etc. His personal stories are compiled into China Expert Dictionary and Yi Records.
