Out of Shapingba Railway Station, I walked across the street and saw a big building "Liyuan Hotel". The gate of Normal University is on the left (just on the left of the hotel gate, across the road).
If you are going to the University Town Campus of Chongqing Normal University, there are many buses parked at the gate of Normal University, all of which are going to the University Town Campus.

It takes no more than 5 minutes to walk from Shapingba Railway Station to Chongqing Normal University.
If it is the campus of the university town, take the bus directly in front of the gate (it takes 30 minutes to get there directly) and take a taxi to the campus of the university town. It takes about 15-20 minutes. The price is estimated at around 40-60.
