Students who need to drop out of school shall apply by themselves or submit reports by various departments, which shall be reviewed by the Academic Affairs Office and decided by the Dean's Meeting. For students who drop out of school, the college will issue a decision to drop out of school and send it to me, and report it to the provincial education administrative department where the college is located for the record. The withdrawal procedure is as follows:
1. Go through the examination and approval procedures?
1. Take it from the department or download the suspension approval form from the educational administration website. ?
2. Fill in the form as required, and ask the counselor (class teacher) and department leaders to sign the opinions. ?
3. Go to the Academic Affairs Office to find the director of the Academic Affairs Office to sign the opinion. ?
4. Submit the approval form to the student registration administrator of the Academic Affairs Office, receive the notice of leaving school after being approved by the school leaders, and go through the formalities of leaving school with the notice of leaving school. ?
Second, go through the formalities of leaving school?
Go through the school leaving formalities (signature and seal) at the relevant departments of the college according to the requirements of the Notice of Leaving School. ?
Third, get a refund certificate.
After completing the formalities of leaving school, submit the Notice of Leaving School and the student ID card to the student registration administrator of the Academic Affairs Office, and receive a copy of the certificate of withdrawal and the approval form for withdrawal. ?
Collect student files?
Students can get their personal files from the student office with the certificate of withdrawal, a copy of the withdrawal approval form and the certificate of the receiving unit, and put the copy of the withdrawal approval form into the personal files. The certificate of withdrawal is kept by the students themselves.
After checking that the procedures for leaving school are complete, the chief of the Security Section of the Political and Educational Affairs Office will take back the application and the badge. After checking that the students who left school did not bring school property and articles, they will sign the circulation form for approval and open the door card for release. The circulation slip, application form and badge shall be submitted to the office of the director of the Political and Educational Affairs Office for filing.
Students who have not gone through the formalities of dropping out of school will be treated as automatic dropping out of school, and the college will not issue any certificates. The examination and approval of automatic withdrawal from school shall be handled by the class counselor or class teacher (because students are absent from class, no formalities are required). Students expelled from the school shall be dealt with according to these measures.
