Wenzhou Business School, located in Wenzhou City, Zhejiang Province, is a full-time private undergraduate college sponsored by Wenzhou Wenbo Investment Development Co., Ltd. with the approval of People's Republic of China (PRC), Ministry of Education and Zhejiang Provincial People's Government.

The predecessor of the College is the School of Economics and the School of Information Science and Engineering of Wenzhou University, which was founded in 1999. In 2005, with the approval of the people and the Ministry of Education of China, an independent college, Wenzhou University City College, was established on the basis of the School of Economics and the School of Information Science and Engineering of Wenzhou University.
