For example, in scientific research, the scientific research level and achievements of many young lecturers are not inferior to those of professors in those years, but they cannot guide graduate students because of their professional titles; For another example, generally speaking, professors have the level of being a doctoral supervisor in theory, but they are subject to qualification examination according to the current system; In addition, in practice, it is also found that some professors lack the ability to be tutors, but because of the lack of exit mechanism, they can only be reluctant.
