Three ways:

Bus: Take bus 1 to Chang 'an Street, get off at Gongzhufen East, walk along the road, get off at Gongzhufen North and get off at Zizhuqiao South (many buses arrive, such as 437,374,944, etc. And then look at the bus stop).

Subway+Bus: Take Line 2 at Beijing Railway Station, then take Line 1 at Fuxingmen, get off at Gongzhufen Station, go north and take the bus to Gongzhufen North Bus Station, as above.

Taxi: It's most convenient to take a taxi. It took 20~30 yuan to get to Zizhuqiao from Beijing Railway Station two years ago. I don't know what will happen these two years.
