1. Young crops preparatory class plans to enroll 60 students, selected from freshmen and sophomores organized by school-level student organizations and colleges. Students sign up voluntarily. Candidates for school-level student organizations are reviewed and recommended by the school youth league Committee, and candidates for college student union are reviewed and recommended by the college youth league Committee. Each organization can recommend 3 to 4 people.

2. To prepare for party member, priority should be given to activists who join the Party. In principle, the next president of the student union of the secondary college should be proposed, and candidates who are part-time deputy secretaries of the Youth League Committee should be included. After the comprehensive evaluation of the Youth League Committee, the list of students will be determined, and the candidates for the next dream-building talent practice class will be selected from the current green crop class.
