2. It takes about five minutes for the Security Section to review relevant materials.

3. After the approval, you can apply for a license plate at the vehicle management office. If it is an electric bicycle, you can get the new national standard license plate on the spot. To apply for a license plate, you need to prepare the following materials: ID card, electric vehicle certificate, electric vehicle invoice, electric vehicle CCC certificate, and you need to keep the electric vehicle in line with the license, and you can't install rearview mirrors and rear seats.

After completing the above steps, you can basically complete the handling of Chongqing University's electric vehicle pass.
