First, the enrollment information release

The enrollment information of doctoral students in our school is published online, and candidates must log on to the website of our graduate enrollment information port () for relevant notices. Candidates must log on to the website to complete online registration, pay the registration fee online, and download the admission ticket, the notice of preliminary test results and the notice of re-examination online.

Second, the training objectives

Cultivate high-level public security research-oriented talents with all-round moral, intellectual and physical development, solid basic theory and systematic and in-depth professional knowledge in their professional fields, the ability to engage in scientific research independently, and the ability to achieve original results in scientific and professional technology fields.

Third, the application conditions

(1) Political conditions: adhere to the Four Cardinal Principles and be consistent with the line, principles and policies of the CPC Central Committee; Good ideological and moral character, strong organizational discipline and legal concept; Not subject to disciplinary action or criminal punishment; There is no other reason why you should not be a police officer.

(2) Age conditions: the age of applying for non-directional and self-funded doctoral students should not exceed 35 years old (born after July 1978), and the age of applying for directional and entrusted doctoral students should not exceed 45 years old (born after July 1968).

(3) Education:

1. Persons who have obtained a master's degree at the time of registration;

2. Full-time fresh graduates with academic qualifications recognized by the state (master's degree must be obtained before admission at the latest, and graduate candidates who graduate early are generally not admitted);

3. Persons with equivalent academic qualifications, that is, those who have obtained a bachelor's degree for six years (as of 20 13, 1) and have reached the same academic qualifications as master's students. To apply for our school, those with the same academic qualifications must meet the following conditions:

(1) The applied major is similar to the major studied and the major currently engaged in;

(2) Submit the study certificates and transcripts of the master's degree courses related to the reported majors;

(3) Submit at least three academic papers with more than 5,000 words that have been published in core journals and are related to the applied major;

(4) Having obtained CET-6 certificate at the time of registration or having scored above 426 in CET-6 after June 2005;

(5) Candidates with the same academic qualifications must take two additional main courses in the master's degree of this subject after obtaining the re-examination qualification.

4. Candidates with non-academic qualifications (certificates, only degree certificates without graduation certificates) or candidates with equivalent academic qualifications must obtain a master's degree before they can register online;

5. The degree certificate obtained overseas must be certified by the Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education before registration, and the certification report shall be submitted at the time of registration.

(4) Physical condition: Candidates must meet the requirements of "Standards and Detailed Rules for Physical Examination of Enrollment in Colleges and Universities" and meet the following standards:

1. The height of boys shall not be less than 1.70m, and the weight shall not be less than 50kg and not exceed 25% of the standard weight; The height of female students is not less than 1.60m, and the weight is not less than 45kg, which is not more than 25% of the standard weight. The visual acuity of left and right eyes for science majors is not less than 4.8(0.6), and that of left and right eyes for arts majors is not less than 4.6(0.4). No color blindness, weak color.

2, facial features, no obvious features and defects (such as cleft lip, cross-eye, strabismus, torticollis, scars and numbness, etc.). ), no dull sense of smell, no chicken breast, hunchback, bromhidrosis, no serious varicose veins, no obvious splayed legs, no serious flat feet (flat feet), no tattoos, no baldness, no various disabilities and no ears.

During the re-examination, our school will conduct a physical examination according to the above requirements, and candidates who fail the physical examination will not be re-examined and admitted.

Four. Application category description

1, non-directional in the plan: no tuition, full-time study for three years, and after graduation, you can change your household registration, transfer files and work independently;

2. Unplanned self-pay: pay tuition fees, study full-time for three years, transfer accounts, transfer files, and find a job independently after graduation;

3. Orientation in the plan: free tuition, full-time study for three years, no hukou, no files, and return to the original unit after graduation;

4. Unplanned entrusted training: pay tuition fees, study full-time for three years, do not transfer accounts, do not transfer files, and return to the original unit after graduation.

In principle, on-the-job personnel can only apply for unplanned entrusted training.

Verb (abbreviation for verb) registration procedure

Registration includes three procedures: online registration, online payment and confirmation of submitted materials. If one of the three programs is missing, the registration will be considered unsuccessful.

2. Two letters of recommendation issued by professors or experts with the same title related to the applied subject;

8. On-the-job candidates who apply for orientation or training must submit a written certificate that the personnel department of the unit agrees to study for three years.

Candidates with the same academic qualifications do not need to submit 3, 4 or 5 items of materials, but they must submit other supporting materials as required.

After reviewing the above materials, our school will issue admission tickets to candidates who meet the registration requirements (candidates can download them on the registration website).

(4) Precautions

1. Before online registration, candidates should carefully check whether they meet the registration conditions, truthfully and accurately submit the registration information and materials, and must not resort to deceit. Once it is found that candidates do not meet the registration conditions or the information submitted by the registration is untrue, our school will cancel their registration and admission qualifications, and the candidates will bear the responsibility themselves.

2. Some notices from our school will be sent by SMS. Please fill in the mobile phone number correctly to keep the mobile phone open.

3. The information such as name, date of birth, nationality and gender on the candidate's ID card and household registration book must be consistent. If there is any inconsistency, please ask the public security department to correct it before registering.

4. Candidates' registration information shall not be changed after registration.

Sixth, the exam

The examination is divided into two stages: initial examination and second examination.

(1) initial test

Date of initial test: March 23rd and 24th, 20th13rd;

Initial test location: Teaching building of Muxidi Campus of People's Public Security University of China. Candidates must check the specific examination room arrangement online before the exam.

Written test subjects: political theory (those who have obtained master's degree and fresh graduates can be exempted from the test), English and two business courses;

Candidates with the same academic level must take two additional business courses and political theory.

Our school does not hold pre-test remedial classes, provides papers over the years, and does not specify a bibliography.

(2) Second interview

Candidates who pass the preliminary examination must take part in the re-examination including comprehensive interview (including English interview and professional interview) and physical examination organized by our school.

Re-examination date: 2065438+mid-to-late May 2002, the specific time will be announced separately;

Comprehensive interview content:

In the case of qualified results in the initial examination and re-examination, they will be ranked according to the total score and selected on the basis of merit.

Eight. correlative charges

(1) Candidates who entrust unplanned training and pay their own fees are required to pay tuition fees (12000 yuan/academic year).
