The obstacles in front of everyone's self-nature are different. Some people have a heavy habit of worrying, while others have a light habit of worrying, which is different. The light person quickly solves the problem once or twice and is exposed; It takes thousands or even tens of thousands of times, as long as you are patient. Be confident, be patient, don't worry, take everything slowly, and think that one day you will understand thoroughly and have a clear head. Everything goes with the flow, and it is the healthiest to go with the flow. Never force it. Forcing it is to increase obstacles.
