Shanghai Jiaotong University School of Overseas Education is located in Xuhui Campus of Shanghai Jiaotong University. The School of Overseas Education of Shanghai Jiaotong University is headed by Professor Wang, former Party Secretary of Shanghai Jiaotong University. Professor Weng Shilie, academician of China Academy of Engineering and former president of Shanghai Jiaotong University, served as the director of the Expert Advisory Committee; Professor Tao Aizhu, former deputy secretary of the Party Committee of Shanghai Jiaotong University and now deputy director of the school affairs committee, serves as the chairman; Professor Wang Jun, former chairman of CITIC Group, served as honorary president; Professor Bai Tongshuo, former vice president of Shanghai Jiaotong University and vice director of the current school committee, serves as the principal; Wang Hongxin, Deputy Secretary-General of Shanghai Venture Capital Industry Association and member of Shanghai Youth Federation, is the executive dean of the special experts of the Central Organization Department and the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission for "openly recruiting senior managers of enterprises supervised by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission".

The college has established cooperative relations with famous domestic and foreign associations and government organizations such as Stanford University, Cambridge University, University of California at Berkeley, University of Toronto, Pennsylvania State University, GIB, Central League School, Women Mayors' Branch of China Mayors Association, Shanghai Venture Capital Industry Association, Hong Kong Financial Engineers Association, etc. Independent and cooperative research and development of more than 20 brand projects, including top-level courses for international bankers, EMBA courses for international presidents, courses for international human resources directors, courses for international venture capitalists, and courses for post qualification certificates for financial engineers.
