Over the years, the college has won more than 70 national and provincial, ministerial and municipal scientific research awards/kloc-0, 6 national invention patents and more than 20 outstanding teaching achievement awards. He has published more than 4,000 papers, textbooks and monographs 120 in important academic journals at home and abroad. Publicly published SCI and EI articles are among the best in the whole school, and they have undertaken dozens of national key and provincial-level scientific research projects, with funds exceeding 6.5438+million yuan.
Our college not only undertakes the training and scientific research work of nearly 1,000 doctors, masters and undergraduates recruited by our college every year, but also undertakes the teaching work of college physics and college physics experiments for more than 5,000 science, engineering and medical students. Over the years, the college has sent nearly 700 graduate students, nearly 10,000 undergraduates and more than 2,500 junior college students to the society, and taught many physics courses to more than 200,000 students in various related majors. The college has also developed adult education, adult self-study examination and online distance education.
The college has a number of large-scale instruments and equipment, such as 1.2m cyclotron, 2.5MeV proton electrostatic accelerator, 600KV ion electron accelerator, secondary hydrogen gun, high-temperature shock tube, transient spectrometer, multifunctional high-resolution atomic collision device and Cadence integrated circuit design software, and has sufficient teaching and research sites.
At the same time, the college is affiliated to Sichuan Physics Society, Chengdu Physics Society and Sichuan Medical Physics Society, which provides a solid guarantee for the academic exchange, popular science education and talent training of Olympic physics competitions for middle school students all over the country. The College attaches great importance to cooperation and exchanges with universities and scientific research institutions at home and abroad, and has established long-term cooperative relations with the International Atomic Energy Agency, Swedish Karolinska Research Institute, Seattle Medical Research Institute, Indiana University, Kiev Research Institute, China Academy of Sciences, China Academy of Engineering Physics and many universities in Hong Kong.
