Legal analysis: the age requirement for enlistment: young men should reach the age of 18 to 20 years before the year of 2065, 438+03 and 18+02, high school graduates can be relaxed to 2 1 year, higher vocational (junior college) graduates can be relaxed to 23 years, and graduates with bachelor degree or above can be relaxed to 24 years. Young women, the graduation age of high school is 17 to 19, and the graduation age of university can be relaxed to 22. At the same time, young women are required to be above 162 cm in height, and their weight should not exceed 15% of the standard weight and not be lower than 15% of the standard weight. The height of young men is not less than 162cm, and their weight is not more than 25% of the standard weight.

Legal basis: Article 2 of the Regulations on Conscription is an important task to strengthen army building and defend the socialist motherland. People's governments at all levels and military organs at all levels should conscientiously do this work. Article 3 Male citizens who have reached the age of 18 before 65438+February 3/every year shall be enlisted for active service. Those who were not enlisted in that year can still be enlisted for active service before the age of 22.
