Chapter I XI Supplementary Provisions Article 34 The preparatory classes for ethnic minorities, non-Tibetan students entering Tibet for employment, Tibetan classes in the mainland and Xinjiang high school graduates enrolled by our school are the national targeted employment enrollment plan. The admitted students will study in Huanghe Science and Technology College in Zhengzhou City, Henan Province for one year. Those who pass the preparatory course will be transferred to our university for undergraduate study according to the students' moral, intellectual and physical conditions and the enrollment professional plan drawn up by our university after graduation.
