Three of them are enrolled in Shaanxi in two batches, namely: City College of xi Jiaotong University, Huaqing College of Xi University of Architecture and Technology and Mingde College of Northwestern Polytechnical University.

Shaanxi is the location of three batches of enrollment, namely: High-tech College of xi 'an University of Science and Technology, Xingzhi College of Xi 'an University of Finance and Economics, Xi 'an Innovation College of Yan 'an University, Modern College of Northwest University, North Information Engineering College of Xi 'an University of Technology, Haojing College of Shaanxi University of Science and Technology, Xinghua College of Chang 'an University, Chang 'an College of xidian university and Hi-Tech College.

Among them, High-tech College of Xi 'an University of Science and Technology is the only independent college with enrollment plan, and it is also an independent college with unified recruitment plan for SQA HND project and IGEC project in Shaanxi Province.
