The Sino-foreign cooperatively-run school of Shanghai Ocean University is a Chinese-foreign cooperatively-run school entity jointly founded by Ai En College of Shanghai Ocean University and National University of Tasmania. Shanghai Ocean University (Lingang Campus) is located at No.999, Hucheng Ring Road, Nanhui New Town, Pudong New Area, Shanghai. Therefore, the Sino-foreign cooperative education of Shanghai Ocean University is located in Lingang Campus. The Sino-foreign cooperative education of Shanghai Ocean University was approved by the Shanghai Municipal Education Commission in 2002 and included in the national enrollment plan.
