Can college students take the junior economist exam?
College students can apply for junior economists, but they need high school education and one year's work experience. If you are a fresh graduate who has not obtained a diploma at the time of registration, you must hold a valid certificate (such as a student ID card) that can prove that you can graduate in the examination year and a fresh graduation certificate issued by the school before you can take the junior economist exam.

All citizens of People's Republic of China (PRC) who abide by the law and meet one of the following conditions can sign up for the primary qualification examination for economic majors:

1, with a high school education or above, and engaged in professional work for one year.

2. According to the spirit of the document Notice of the former General Office of the Ministry of Personnel on Issues Related to the Qualification Examination Arrangement and Examination Work of Some Professional and Technical Personnel (Guo Ren Ting Fa [2004] No.45), fresh graduates who have not obtained academic certificates at the time of registration must hold valid certificates (such as student ID cards, etc.) to prove that they can graduate in the examination year and the graduation certificate issued by the school, and sign up for the examination according to the prescribed procedures and requirements.
