At that time, my department was the Academic Affairs Office, which was mainly responsible for the management of clinical medical students' schedules, examinations and graduation projects. I believe many students will deal with us in their study and life on campus. My specific work content is to carry out the work related to educational informatization, cooperate with other colleagues to formulate some administrative measures, and participate in various recruitment, recruitment, auditing and other activities.
When I first started working, I was more enriched, because I had to learn and adapt to the workflow and team culture of the new functional departments. Especially in the aspect of educational informatization, it involves the use and maintenance of many professional software, which requires a certain foundation of computer programming, but fortunately, it has accumulated relevant learning before, so it is relatively smooth after joining the job.
