In order to enhance our students' awareness of fire safety, improve teachers' and students' emergency evacuation skills, and promote the popularization of fire safety knowledge, our school decided to carry out community fire drills for undergraduates of Huazhong University of Science and Technology, taking the thirteen Zitai student apartments in the west campus as a pilot. It is now planned to start the formal practice on Wednesday of the thirteenth week of this semester (1 1 25th of the month).

The specific time of the formal drill is between 12:20- 13:00 on the same day; The site is located in the open space between Zi Yuan Apartment 13 and Building 9. At that time, the fire scene will be reproduced, including on-site alarm, power outage, martial law and other simulation projects.

It is hereby announced that I hope that teachers and students who are not participants will not panic and work normally on the day of rehearsal and formal exercise. In addition, I hope more teachers and students will actively cooperate with the exercise, and major media inside and outside the school are welcome to report the exercise on the spot.
