Experience sharing of law postgraduate entrance examination in Xinjiang University;

(A) the reasons for choosing a school

I didn't apply for World War I before, but I didn't succeed. I am from Hubei, and I want to stay in Xinjiang for development, so I prefer schools in Xinjiang. As far as law major is concerned, apart from two 985 and Zhongnan University of Economics and Law, China Normal University ranks fourth, and there is an independent law school. Considering that I have to take the exam twice a year, the competition in the top three schools is too fierce. From the perspective of personal energy distribution, it is indeed risky to rush to the top three schools in a limited time. Before 2020, China Normal University is not satisfied with its volunteers every year, and there are many places to adjust, so the competition will be smaller. And in the past, the national line was used as the retest line. As the top 50 2 1 1 colleges in China, the second interview is still a national line, which is really cost-effective.

In 2020, I took the postgraduate examination of Master of Laws (LLM) in Central China Normal University (the following LLM all stand for "LLM"), and I was also preparing for the 20 19 LLM when I was preparing for the postgraduate entrance examination. Fortunately, I passed two exams in one year. In 2020, the retest line of Master of Laws (Law) in Huazhong Normal University is 325, and my score is 330+. This experience is suitable for candidates who take the exam twice a year.

(1) English

1. Reference book: I didn't use English reference books, but bought real questions (there are many in the market, all the same, so I can buy whoever I want), and then I cooperated with the notes of the institutional teachers.

2.? Time planning suggestion: prepare English in March, first recite words, and then prepare some basic grammar lessons. Practice reading from May to August, and practice the real questions after 2005. At this stage, at least two aspects should be completed, including reading words, long and difficult sentences, problem-solving skills and so on. September will enter a comprehensive review stage. At this time, we should start preparing gestalt, new questions and translation. The composition can be kept until the middle of 1 1 month. We can't stop reading at any stage. Later, you can focus on the real question of the recent 10 year. If inexperienced candidates don't have enough time to take the exam twice a year, the focus of the real questions can also be placed on the real questions in the past 10.

3.? My specific approach: Because I am not a World War I, I have some experience before, but the foundation is not very good. Generally speaking, it is of little significance to World War II, and at most it may be that I am familiar with the methods. I didn't begin to prepare English until I had objective questions in the French exam. At that time, I just recited the words, He Kaiwen's 1575, two units a day, about ten times before the exam. The real preparation for the questions began after the subjective questions in my French exam ended. Because of my previous study experience, I didn't start to do real questions until after 20 10, because real questions have the greatest significance in the last decade, and only when time is tight can I highlight the key points. However, if you only prepare candidates for French master's degree, it is suggested that English should start from the first half of the year, especially in World War I, and lay a good foundation. Reading and composition are the most important things in English, among which reading is the most difficult.

4.? For reading, I will start to do the problem first. In the process of doing the problem, I will mark the words I don't know After I finish writing, I will check the words I don't know first, and then check them again to see if there is anything that needs to be changed. If not, I will answer them. This is the basic step (I haven't done it many times because I have done real questions before and know some methods and ideas, and time is tight). I have one-on-one classes with the organization, which is characterized by being very meticulous. An article can sum up many things, whether it is writing, problem-solving thinking or exam-taking skills. When listening to the class, the teacher will speak words and directly tell you the usual test methods of some words. The meanings of some words are not written in our vocabulary, but have deeper meanings. The teacher will make a summary according to the data of real questions over the years, and then talk about them when encountering problems. At this time,

Some good sentences are long and difficult, the teacher will explain the grammar, and then let you recite the sentences with the thinking of writing. Such a sentence is simply invincible in the exam (teacher's original words). About doing the problem, you should first look at the problem, then locate its position in the article, then look at the corresponding paragraph, then look back at the options, analyze the options in the article and make a judgment. Some methods can't be finished one by one. Take reading as an example. Specific suggestions can be listened to the teacher's class. I think the teacher spoke very well and worked hard.

6. Because I started in the middle of 1 1, the teacher will give me the template. These templates are actually composed of reading the sentences inside. The sentences are easy to understand, and people who listen carefully will feel familiar with them. The teacher gave us three articles to choose from, which was enough to cope with all the articles. Through my practice, it is really awesome. Learning English is definitely a word in the early stage. It may be slow at first, but it will get faster and faster later, so don't be impatient at first. Real words must be thoroughly familiar, anyway, there can be no dead ends.

(2) Ideological and political theory

1. Reference book: Choose the person you want to see.

2. Time planning suggestion: politics is not difficult, and the focus is on reciting in the later sprint stage. It is not recommended to start too early, and September is more suitable. It is best to complete the first basic stage within one month, including training multiple-choice questions.

My specific approach: I have a good personal political foundation, so I didn't spend much time on politics. After the subjective question, politics began. Be familiar with the basic knowledge and consolidate it through practice. There will be a difficult book in the back. The teacher will give you a summary of the key points, and you will definitely take the exam (it turns out to be true). However, just because I feel that the previous lecture is not as good as the last big move does not mean that the previous basic lecture is unnecessary. Of course, uncle Xiao's paper can also be used later, which is to cast a wide net, but the focus should be on four sets of papers and eight sets of papers. In fact, the last big problem on the market is similar. Teacher Mi has the last Magic Flute 16, Uncle Xiao's four sets of volumes and Xu's questions. In fact, they are almost the same, basically covering the test sites. The key is whether you take the time to memorize (anyway, I am very rote, it depends on you). Basically, political questions can reach 30 to 33 points, but it is difficult to exceed 35 points.

(3) Specialized courses

1. Reference books: exam analysis (the most important thing is to be familiar with exam analysis), real questions, handouts (just print them), detailed explanations of legal history test sites, and detailed explanations of criminal law test sites.

2. Time planning recommendation: March-September is the initial familiarity stage of knowledge points. Recitation will begin after September, and the focus will shift from public courses to professional courses. In the middle of 1 1, you need to do some subjective exercises to train yourself whether you can write what you recite.

3. Overall practice of specialized courses: exam analysis In the first half of the year, when preparing for the law exam, I will spare an hour or two for reading every day. I just specialize in reading books, because I am a law undergraduate, and some knowledge points don't seem difficult (but for students who have time, you can follow the courses of professional teachers). Reading at this time will only make me familiar with the content. For some points that are clearly listed with serial numbers, it is generally easy to give subjective questions, so I will mark the key points and recite them later. After the French exam, I read the whole book twice (because the main stage of the French exam will be a little bit short, so I didn't recite the analysis). I didn't read the analysis of legal history. I always read the detailed explanation of the test center. The content is the same as the analysis, but the layout is better, so I read the detailed explanation of the test center. I remember that I started to recite professional courses a little bit after June 9 10. Because I have the foundation of the law test and have read the analysis of Fa Shuo before, I am no stranger to the content. When I recite it, I recite it in combination with the handout. For some knowledge points, I will recite the above handouts, otherwise I will recite the analysis directly. The first time was on June 5 1 10 to complete the first round of recitation. Because the content of the handout can basically coincide with that of Fa Shuo, and there are marked examination times for which knowledge points, I will selectively eliminate the knowledge points I have just tested in the past three years in the second round. The second time is very fast, basically less than 20 days (either 18 or 19 days, I can't remember), and the effect will gradually increase when I recite it for the second time.

Let's talk about the specific methods of two professional courses:

Professional foundation: Civil law and criminal law are not a big problem for those who have passed the French exam, especially for multiple-choice questions and case analysis. There is no pressure, which is also the advantage of taking the French exam (but this does not mean that we are advised to take the French exam first and then take the postgraduate entrance examination together. Everyone must follow their own situation and don't blindly follow the trend. For the students who have taken the illegal exam, my suggestion is to look at the analysis in a down-to-earth way and then cooperate with the problem. Fa Shuo's multiple-choice questions are really not difficult. Don't be afraid. Even if you find it difficult at first, it is because you are unfamiliar with knowledge. When you are familiar with knowledge, these are not problems. Civil punishment must know the system of each subject. It is said that it is difficult to recite when preparing for the exam and communicating with research friends. In fact, I think the biggest problem is that the system is not clear. I suggest that when reading a book, you'd better draw a mind map yourself, so that you can grasp what the content is from a macro perspective, and recite it in order and at different levels. When reciting, remember to grasp the main word (the first sentence), and analyze the following words to help you understand. If you have the energy to memorize all the following words, that's best. If not, combine the analysis and expand the main sentence according to your own understanding. When reciting, I will spend some time brushing the real questions, and the objective questions will be done nearly twice, but the overall correct rate is still quite high (because many things have been practiced in the French exam, and the questions in the French exam are more difficult than this). Subjective questions I have just practiced essay questions and short answer questions in recent years, mainly to test whether I can write them (I have to start writing, I have to, I have to spend some time). Case analysis is actually similar to the way of thinking in French exam, so I just read the case analysis and didn't write it.

Method-Master Synthesis: In the final analysis, the comprehensive course is back. Jurisprudence is still the main content of a knowledge point, and the words that explain and expand the main knowledge points can be summarized and expanded by themselves. Reciting jurisprudence is boring, but it will get better and better as long as it is repeated. In recent years, the examination of jurisprudence has become more and more detailed (for example, legal professional ethics has been tested with short answer questions in 2020), so when you review, you will be more comprehensive, paying special attention to those knowledge points that have not been tested. In the part of jurisprudence, I suggest you pay more attention to the value of law and the relationship between law and science and technology politics, because these contents may not only be written separately, but also be used when discussing topics. Some abstract contents need to be understood and recited in combination with the contents of departmental law. The objective questions in the constitution may be very detailed. You should learn to recite formulas and then cooperate with problem-solving training (especially multiple-choice questions). I think the legal history is the most ugly and boring, so the reading process in the early basic stage will play a role in the later stage. The more familiar the content, the stronger the intimacy and the easiest to remember. At the same time, with exercises (especially multiple-choice questions), Gong speaks well about the history of the legal system and focuses on it. All my classes are only about legal history.

Fourth, the second interview preparation experience

The first part has already mentioned the general situation of the second interview, so I won't go into details. Next, I will talk about how to prepare for the second interview. From the feedback of students after the second interview, the second interview mainly focuses on examination analysis, many of which are basic topics, but there are also some very open topics that need to be combined with their own understanding of some hot issues. Oral English needs to be prepared by yourself, a self-introduction (although Chinese will be available in 2020, which is very special), and then some topics related to your daily life. There will be a lot of these contents on the internet during the second interview, and you can learn from the training when you are ready.

Re-examination process: first introduce yourself in Chinese, then extract the topic label, a spoken language, a professional topic, English first, and then a professional topic. Before answering, the teacher will look at the questions you drew, and the candidates will answer after reading them. If you don't hear clearly, you can tell the teacher that you didn't hear clearly. After the examinee answers, some teachers will ask questions, but usually they won't. After all the questions are answered, the examiner will ask you about your specific situation, such as the French test, CET-4 and CET-6, whether you are in party member and so on.

The overall difficulty of the second interview is not great, and everyone still focuses on analysis. The initial test scores accounted for 60%, and the second test accounted for 40%. There is little difference between the final result of the re-examination and the comprehensive ranking of the initial examination. I was one place behind at that time. Therefore, if you want to be stable in the end, you must spend more time in the initial stage and get high marks.

The above are some experiences of a senior graduate student who takes the exam twice a year. Postgraduate entrance examination is a kind of practice, and those who do it seriously will always gain something in the end. I wish you success in World War I and look forward to your's presence in the "research".
