Obtain accounting qualification certificate, human resource manager qualification certificate, financial planner certificate, etc. Actively participate in the internship opportunities arranged by the school, actively perform during the internship, and strive to return to my favorite internship unit after graduation. Everyone's sense of competition is getting stronger and stronger, and they are more and more aware of the employment pressure of society. After work, they often cherish job opportunities, work hard, are willing to endure hardships and work overtime, and have dedication. This is also conducive to enterprises to improve work efficiency.

Disadvantages are:

It causes great mental stress and anxiety to college students, and they can't concentrate on their studies. But through some channels such as making friends to find a job. There are also some outstanding graduates who take the civil service exam in order to have a stable job and income and give up the opportunity of career development.
