Nanjing Normal University. Ph.D., School of Environment, Nanjing Normal University, used the combined technology of CEPS- alkaline anaerobic fermentation-crystallization and precipitation to recover phosphorus and carbon from CEPS sludge and convert them into volatile fatty acids (VFAs) in the form of phosphate fertilizer and struvite respectively. Through alkaline anaerobic fermentation technology, 24.9% of carbon and 27.9% of phosphorus in domestic sewage can be converted into valuable products, and phosphorus recovery is the best.
