Hua Hui College of Hebei Normal University was established in June, 20001year. It is an independent college with full-time undergraduate level approved by the Hebei provincial government and confirmed by the Ministry of Education. Hua Hui College is located in the Southwest Higher Education Park of Shijiazhuang City. On 20021May 17, the Ministry of Education issued "Announcement on Approving the Establishment of Undergraduate Colleges", intending to approve the merger of Hua Hui College of Hebei Normal University and Shijiazhuang Vocational College of Information Engineering and turn it into Shijiazhuang Vocational and Technical University of Engineering.
