What documents do I need to bring to participate in the national college students' physical health test?
Anyone suffering from major organ diseases such as heart, liver, spleen, kidney and lung, physical disability or deformity, and acute patients can fill in the application form for exemption from inspection. Students who suffer from acute diseases such as high fever and diarrhea within one month, have not recovered their physical strength, or have a cold during their menstrual period or during the examination are not allowed to take the examination.

Procedures for applying for exemption: sick students attach copies of hospital certificates or medical records at or above the county level on the back of the application form (disabled students attach copies of disability certificates).
