Rizal University System-Rizal National College, as a national agricultural school, was established by official Philippine decree on 1560, and as the symbol of the National Agricultural College, it officially became Rizal College of Agricultural Science and Technology on June 24th, 1983, and became the first national college in rizal province. The college is about 67 kilometers away from downtown Manila, passing through Madre Mountain, Laguna Lake and the towns around the lake. With the continuous development, the college has gradually expanded to five campuses, namely 199 1, 1995, 1996 and 2000. Rizal University System-Rizal National College, as a provincial university in this province, was formally established in 1944. After the national barrier-free laws and regulations were formally passed, the college was upgraded to a junior college in March 1995.
Risako Mamiya System University is one of the oldest universities in the Philippines, and it is also one of the few comprehensive universities with degree accreditation right among more than 0/000 universities in the Philippines/KLOC. Its business major ranks in the top five among all universities in the Philippines, and many local government officials, bosses and senior managers of large enterprises have graduated from the school. As a government-sponsored university, Risako Mamiya System University merged two national colleges and a university affiliated school, which was composed of Risako Mamiya Institute of Technology, Risako Mamiya National College and Risako Mamiya University of Technology affiliated school.
