However, with the expansion of college enrollment and the implementation of the credit system, traditional classroom teaching methods and educational management methods have encountered obstacles at a loss. Some teachers question the existence of university classes and head teachers, which challenges the work of university classes. On the other hand, the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council's Opinions on Further Strengthening and Improving College Students' Ideological and Political Education clearly pointed out that college classes are the organizational carrier of college students' self-education, self-management and self-service, and the basic organizational form of carrying out college students' ideological and political education, which provides a policy basis for strengthening college class construction, and college class work has ushered in new development opportunities.
Facing the challenges and opportunities, it is an important mission of college student workers to clarify the existing value of current college classes and explore the ideas of class construction suitable for the ideological characteristics of college students in the new era. At present, the clear meaning of the value of college classroom has not been found. Based on Marx's exposition on value, the first part of this paper deduces that the subject of the value relationship of university classes is individual members of classes and the object is group of class members, and analyzes the mechanism of class groups as objects to satisfy the individual subjects of students from the perspective of social psychology. From the analysis, it is concluded that the value of university classes is mainly the value of promoting students' all-round development, which is mainly reflected in individual behavior management, strength organization, psychological attribution, motivation stimulation, character cultivation and so on. Therefore, this is not only the practical need for counselors to implement Scientific Outlook on Development based on their posts, but also the practical need for counselors to face the severe employment situation, establish a student-oriented thinking, meet the requirements of students to improve their employment competitiveness, and overcome the current weakening of class value, lack of motivation for class construction and carry out work innovation. As the basic organizational form of a school, the value of university classes should not only meet the requirements of the school, but also meet the social requirements under certain historical conditions.
The second part of this paper summarizes the value of knowledge imparting, ideological education and management played by university classes in the planned economy period after the founding of the People's Republic of China. Under the current market economy, the original value still exists, but there are also some phenomena and reasons, such as insufficient personalized teaching and knowledge innovation, insufficient management tools, insufficient educational value of management, the proportion of educational value of class activities is gradually increasing, and the proportion of educational value of class life is gradually weakening. On the basis of this analysis, following the value orientation of "student-oriented, promoting students' all-round development", the development trend of class value is expected to move from instrumental to purposeful, from closed to open, and from one-sidedness to all-round development. Strengthening class collective construction is an inevitable way to enhance class value. Traditional class collective construction often pays attention to management means, students are in a subordinate position, the motivation to participate in class collective construction is insufficient, and even rebellious psychology and behavior appear. We believe that college students have a strong sense of subjectivity at present, and students should be guided to participate in class construction according to the laws of students' psychological development and group development in class collective construction.
The third part of this paper, based on the research results of social psychology on group dynamics and the development law of group dynamics, explores new ideas of collective construction of university classes from the aspects of group goals, group norms, group values, group leadership, group structure, group interaction and external resultant force. ……
