According to the relevant regulations of bidding and purchasing, Jiangxi Agricultural University entrusts Jiangxi Ding Yue Bidding Consulting Co., Ltd. to determine the "air-conditioning operation service providers of student apartments (including East District)" through public selection, and welcomes qualified air-conditioning operation service providers to participate in the selection. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

I. Selection Contents and Requirements

Choose air conditioning service providers to undertake the purchase, installation, debugging, equipment maintenance and other services of about 6,500 bedrooms in Building 54 of Jiangxi Agricultural University Student Apartment. All expenses shall be borne by the air conditioning operation service provider. During the operation period, air-conditioning service providers charge air-conditioning users (students) rental fees, and students voluntarily rent them. Jiangxi Agricultural University Logistics Group is responsible for the overall supervision of the project. After the expiration of the contract, the property rights of air conditioners, power lines and other facilities and equipment invested by air conditioner operators shall be owned by the school.

Two, air conditioning operation service providers should have the qualifications.

(1) An air-conditioning operation service provider with independent legal personality registered in China with a registered capital of more than 5 million yuan;

(2) Have the corresponding qualification of air-conditioning brand authorization (there must be the original authorization letter of the air-conditioning manufacturer for this project); The invested brand must have the performance of BOT projects in colleges and universities (single contract 1500 and above);

(3) Having a good business reputation and a sound financial accounting system;

(4) Having a good record of paying taxes and social security funds according to law;

(5) Having the necessary equipment and professional technical ability to perform the contract;

(6) Having not been subjected to criminal punishment or administrative punishment for violating relevant laws and regulations within three years before participating in this selection activity;

(7) Promise to voluntarily pay a certain management fee to the Logistics Group of Jiangxi Agricultural University in consultation with the Logistics Group of Jiangxi Agricultural University once selected for the daily supervision of air-conditioning service projects. The specific amount of fees shall be determined through consultation between Jiangxi Agricultural University Logistics Group and the bid winner.

Air-conditioning operation service providers participating in the selection should provide supporting documents (stamped with the official seal of the unit) that meet the above qualification requirements in the application form, otherwise the application will be deemed invalid. This selection activity does not accept the application of the consortium, and the selected air-conditioning operation service providers shall not subcontract, unpack or subcontract.

(3) The bid bond of the unsuccessful air-conditioning operation service provider shall be returned within 5 working days from the date of the end of the publicity period of the selection results. ;
