Jerry Lee 1984 15 graduated from Peking University, and has been teaching in Luxun Academy of Fine Arts since then, and has been engaged in the research of comics, illustrations and Chinese paintings for a long time. At present, he is a professor of Lu Xun Academy of Fine Arts, a master tutor, the director of the Comic Book Art Committee of China Artists Association, and the judge of the 12th and 13th National Art Exhibition.

His works have held solo exhibitions at home and abroad, published more than a dozen academic works, and even published comic books since the 1980s, some of which have become classics. Since he created illustrations for People magazine in 2003, he has cooperated with many publishers and magazines in the field of illustration creation. From 2006 to 2008, he created more than 40 illustrations/kloc-0 for the collection series of world famous works of Changjiang Literature and Art Publishing House.
