1, off-campus dispensing operation
(1) Candidates can log in to the National Postgraduate Enrollment Adjustment Service System and fill in their own adjustment information.
(2) The admissions department logs on to the Graduate Admissions Information Network, examines the volunteer information of the transferred candidates in this department, and reports the list of transferred candidates to the Graduate Admissions Office. After the examination and approval of the leading group for postgraduate enrollment, the department can send a re-examination notice to qualified candidates, and ask the candidates to reply in the adjustment service system of the postgraduate enrollment network, and at the same time inform the candidates to print the re-examination notice on the homepage of the graduate school ().
(3) After the re-examination, our department will inform the candidates of the re-examination results in time, and send a notice of waiting for admission to the qualified candidates on the Internet, asking the candidates to reply in the "National Postgraduate Enrollment Adjustment Service System".
(4) For the transfer candidates who pass the re-examination and plan to be admitted, the Admissions Office of the Graduate School will issue a formal admission notice to retrieve the examination files of the transfer candidates. Candidates who have not arrived in our school before May 5 cannot be included in the admission list.
2. The school adjustment operation
(1) Candidates submit a written application form for professional adjustment, and if it meets the requirements of the adjustment principle after examination, it will be transferred to the professional department for signature.
(2) After receiving the opinions signed by the major department, report to the Graduate School Admissions Office for review and filing.
(3) With the consent of the Admissions Office of the Graduate School, candidates will take the relevant application form to participate in the re-examination of major transfer.
3. Candidates of our school apply to adjust the operation procedures of other schools.
(1) Candidates submit their written application for transfer (download the attachment 1 and fill it in carefully and sign it). Those who have been examined and filed by the Admissions Office of the Graduate School and meet the transfer requirements can go through the relevant procedures.
(2) Candidates shall go through the examination file adjustment formalities with the official acceptance letter and adjustment application form (signed by candidates) of the adjustment receiving unit. The Admissions Office of the Graduate School handles the mailing of candidates in time.
All enrollment units should adjust the students of various majors before the re-examination, and plan to adjust candidates from the same or similar majors to participate in the re-examination and comprehensive sorting of the adjustment majors.
