Chongqing Institute of Foreign Studies and Diplomacy CIFS called "Focus Diplomacy" in Chinese and "Focus Diplomacy" in English. The school, formerly known as Chongqing Southern Translation College of Sichuan International Studies University, was founded in 200 1 and began enrolling students in 2002. In 2003, it was established as an independent college by the Ministry of Education and awarded a bachelor's degree on 20 1 1.
