3. Be responsible for the formation of monthly report of departmental activities.

Responsibilities of track and field personnel:

Take good care of the sports equipment of the sports department, such as javelin, discus, stopwatch and other related equipment needed for sports meetings and basketball games. And do a good job of equipment lending to ensure that sports equipment will not be lost.

Responsibilities of men's basketball department personnel:

1, prepare for each basketball league match, make plans in advance, and write an activity summary after each game.

2. Select a group of excellent basketball players to prepare for the college basketball competition.

3. Organize the training of the basketball team and do a good job in logistics.

4. During the college basketball match, it is necessary to arrange logistics personnel, provide players with good water and medicine, and organize cheerleading.

All clubs not only divide their work with each other, but also cooperate with each other to make joint efforts to build a good sports department.

Third, two major tasks.

(1) Olympic Tetrathlon

It will be held in the second half of each school year (March and April). The contents of the four Olympic Games are basketball, football, badminton, table tennis and track and field, which should be carried forward as traditional sports of the Ministry of Sports (the specific plans, summaries and related contents of each Olympic Games are stored in the official mailbox of the Ministry of Sports for reference).

(2) School sports meeting

The school sports meeting will be held in the first half of each academic year (165438+ 10), and the representative athletes of the track and field team will be selected two months in advance to make a good training plan for the track and field team (see the training plan for each session and store it in the mailbox of the sports department for details).

Rules and regulations of track and field team, reward and punishment system

1, track and field players must not be late, leave early, or even absent; Absenteeism for no reason once is treated as absenteeism twice, and absenteeism twice is treated as absenteeism once.

2, track and field team members should wear clothes according to regulations during the training period, not wearing slippers, non-sports clothes; Smoking and drinking are prohibited;

3. Any track and field athlete shall not take time off for any reason except for injuries, classes, exams and emergencies;

4. During the training period, you are not allowed to change the training items or training plans at will, and you should follow the instructions of the coach or team leader;

During the training, the track and field team will provide boiled water and a certain amount of medicine. Team members should use it sparingly and don't waste it at will. They should take care of sports equipment.

6. The subsidy given to 3 yuan by the members of the track and field team in daily training won 1 sub-award 10 yuan in the sports meeting, 200 yuan won the first prize and 50 yuan won the record-breaking award;

7. The performance of track and field team members will be directly reported to the general branch of the department and the student union as the basis for the annual assessment.

Office staff: mainly sorting out archival materials and archives management, with a certain level of writing.

Staff of basketball department: Understand the relevant rules of basketball game and have a certain level of basketball.
