(5) The admission control standard for graduate students who intend to transfer to another school or major is higher than that of their school or major;

(6) Transferred without justifiable reasons.

If a student needs to transfer to another school for reasons other than his own, such as changes in school training conditions, the school will issue a certificate, and the local provincial education administrative department will coordinate to transfer to the same school.
