How to deal with loan dropout?
Legal Analysis: After the signing of the loan contract, if the borrower needs to change the personal account name or account number, or the borrower cannot repay the loan according to the repayment plan agreed in the loan contract due to reasons such as continuing his studies or dropping out of school, the contract can be changed upon the borrower's own application and the approval of the county-level funding center. In principle, the adjustment of the repayment plan can only be carried out within the loan period agreed in the contract and cannot be extended.

Legal basis: Civil Code of People's Republic of China (PRC).

Article 577 Where a party fails to perform its contractual obligations or fails to perform its contractual obligations in conformity with the contract, it shall be liable for breach of contract such as continuing to perform, taking remedial measures or compensating for losses.

Article 584 Where a party fails to perform its contractual obligations or fails to perform its contractual obligations in conformity with the contract, thus causing losses to the other party, the amount of compensation shall be equivalent to the losses caused by the breach of the contract, including the benefits that can be obtained after the performance of the contract, but shall not exceed the losses that the breaching party foresaw or should have foreseen when concluding the contract.
