1. In the process of implementing student management, schools respect and protect students' legitimate rights, educate and guide students to assume their due obligations and responsibilities, and encourage and support students to implement self-management, self-service, self-education and self-supervision. ?
2. During the school period, if the students have any objection to the punishment or treatment given by the school according to law, they shall file a complaint with the school and the education administrative department; Schools and teaching staff who infringe upon their personal rights, property rights and other legitimate rights and interests have the right to lodge complaints or bring lawsuits according to law.
3. Students should perform the following obligations in accordance with the law during their school days: abide by the Constitution, laws and regulations; Abide by the school articles of association and rules and regulations; Abide by academic ethics and complete the required studies; Pay tuition fees and related expenses according to regulations, and fulfill the corresponding obligations of obtaining loans and grants; Abide by the students' code of conduct, respect teachers, and develop good ideological and moral character and behavior habits; Other obligations stipulated by laws, regulations and the articles of association of the school.
4. What actions are considered as giving up admission qualification? Ordinary undergraduate freshmen admitted according to the national enrollment regulations, who cannot enter the school on schedule for some reason, should ask for leave from the school and issue relevant certificates, and the leave period should not exceed 2 weeks. Those who fail to take leave, leave without approval or leave overdue shall be deemed to have given up their admission qualification except for justified reasons such as force majeure.
Freshmen should apply for admission to the school registration management department before the expiration of the reserved admission qualification. If they fail to pass the examination of the school, their admission qualification will be cancelled. Those who fail to go through the admission formalities within the time limit and have no legitimate reasons such as force majeure shall be deemed to have given up their admission qualification.
5. Freshmen who can't go to school because of joining the army, illness and other reasons can apply for retaining their admission qualifications, and they don't have a student status during the retention period of their admission qualifications.
