When I was in college, constipation really accompanied me for more than a year. Probably because I just went to college, no one came to restrain myself, and no one cared about my eating and drinking, so I ate whatever I wanted, which led to constipation.
An unhealthy diet can really lead to constipation. I remember eating and drinking. Do not pay attention to balanced nutrition, not as light as eating at home, love to eat high-fat food, and prefer spicy food.
Besides, I didn't like drinking water at that time. Basically, I can't drink a glass of water a day, only knowing that I am eating. Then, if I am really thirsty, I will go to the grocery store or supermarket to buy mineral water, but few people buy mineral water. Most of them bought drinks such as coke.
This eating habit caused me not to go to the toilet for more than a week. Of course, I can still go to a small size, but I have never gone to a large size. My stomach is depressed and I feel bigger. Finally, I went to the school infirmary and prescribed some laxatives, which relieved me. It's not comfortable at all.
I don't go to school. After starting work, due to the nature of my work, I often sit at my computer desk for hours without moving. Basically, I don't go to the toilet, because I don't like drinking water myself, so I usually don't go to the toilet.
But I pay attention to eating and drinking, probably because I sat for a long time and didn't go to the toilet much for a week, so I went out to the pharmacy and prescribed some medicine according to the old method.
Eat more foods that moisten the intestines, drink more water and exercise more to help excrete.
