Chapter I General Provisions

Article 1 The Articles of Association are formulated in accordance with the Education Law of the People's Republic of China, the Higher Education Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and other relevant regulations of the Ministry of Education, in combination with the reality of our school, in order to ensure the smooth enrollment of our school and effectively safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the school and candidates.

Chapter II Organizational Structure

Article 5 The organization of undergraduate enrollment in our school consists of three levels: the enrollment leading group, the enrollment committee and the enrollment office. The leading group of enrollment work is the highest decision-making body of undergraduate enrollment work, which leads the undergraduate enrollment work of the school in a unified way; The Admissions Committee is an advisory body for undergraduate enrollment, which is responsible for providing decision-making consultation and guidance for the enrollment leading group and supervising the relevant functional departments of the school to carry out undergraduate enrollment; The Admissions Office is the executive body of undergraduate enrollment.

Article 6 The main responsibilities of the Admissions Office in undergraduate enrollment work are:

(a) responsible for the implementation of the relevant provisions of the Ministry of Education on undergraduate enrollment and the supplementary provisions or implementation rules of the relevant provincial admissions committees, and in conjunction with the competent department of undergraduate enrollment of the Ministry of Education, responsible for the implementation of the resolutions of the admissions leading group;

(two) to report the progress of undergraduate enrollment to the Admissions Committee, and to inform the Admissions Committee of the decision-making matters of the admissions leading group;

(three) to draft a preliminary solution to the major problems of undergraduate enrollment, and collect and count the information needed for making decisions on major problems of undergraduate enrollment;

(four) according to the annual enrollment scale approved by the state and the relevant provisions, as well as the principles determined by the leading group for enrollment work, the enrollment plan of the school shall be compiled and submitted by provinces and specialties;

(5) Drafting, submitting for approval and publishing the articles of association for undergraduate enrollment;

(six) to organize enrollment consultation and publicity work, and to set up enrollment groups in various provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) as needed;

(seven) authorized to organize a separate entrance examination for undergraduate students, according to the "National Education Examination Violation Measures" to identify and deal with illegal candidates, and report the results of illegal treatment to the provincial admissions office where the students are located;

(eight) to organize and implement the admission of ordinary undergraduates and students with second bachelor's degree, and to be responsible for coordinating and handling the relevant problems in the admission of our school;

(nine) to perform the corresponding duties of university enrollment information disclosure;

(ten) to support the relevant enrollment management departments to complete other work in undergraduate enrollment.

Article 7 Undergraduate enrollment in our school is conducted under the full supervision of the Supervision Office of the School Commission for Discipline Inspection and is subject to inspection.

Chapter III Enrollment Plan and Admission Rules

Article 8 With the approval of the Ministry of Education, Tianjin University plans to enroll 4,250 undergraduates. According to the needs of national social development and economic construction and the conditions for running a school, our school is in accordance with? Optimize the structure of students and promote regional balance? In principle, based on the number of enrollment plans by province in the past years, combined with the employment situation of students and graduates in recent years, the enrollment plan is compiled by province and specialty. The undergraduate enrollment plan of our university is divided into provinces and majors, and the elective subjects and related application requirements of each major are released to the public by the provincial enrollment examination institutions.

The school reserves a mobile plan according to 1% of the general enrollment plan, which is mainly used for the quality control of students and the admission of candidates with the same score.

Article 9 Our school determines the number of file transfers and file transfer scores according to the enrollment plans of provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) and the candidates' application. In areas where non-parallel volunteer is implemented, the proportion of investment is generally not more than120% of the enrollment plan; In areas where parallel volunteer is implemented, the proportion of file promotion generally does not exceed 105% of the enrollment plan. At the time of admission, our school will adjust the enrollment plan according to the situation of students in various provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) and the reserved plan.

Article 11 According to the spirit of the documents of the Ministry of Education, our school recognizes in principle that the admissions authorities of all provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) give policy-oriented extra points to candidates according to the relevant policies of the Ministry of Education. All kinds of special enrollment candidates recognized by Tianjin University and publicized at all levels shall implement corresponding enrollment category recognition policies.

Article 12 In the college entrance examination, according to the scores determined by the Provincial Admissions Office (including the non-territorial policies confirmed by the Provincial Admissions Office, etc.), when the scores are the same, the candidates with the highest cultural achievements in the actual college entrance examination will be given priority; When the actual cultural achievements of the candidates in the college entrance examination are the same, those with high scores in related subjects are given priority, and the scores in related subjects are compared in the following order: mathematics, Chinese and English.

Candidates whose grades meet the admission requirements, if their professional volunteers cannot be met, will be adjusted from high to low according to the candidates' grades until the admission quota is full; Candidates who can't meet all professional volunteers and don't obey the adjustment will be dismissed.

Thirteenth in accordance with the order of voluntary filing batches, in the case of insufficient students of the first volunteer candidates, the non-first volunteer candidates will be selected according to the candidates' filing scores from high to low until the enrollment plan is completed. If the number of qualified non-first-choice candidates is still insufficient, volunteers will be collected. According to the batch submitted by parallel volunteer, unfinished projects will also solicit volunteers. If the recruitment of volunteers is still insufficient, the remaining plans will be transferred to other provinces with good student quality to complete the enrollment plan.

Fourteenth provinces and cities with special provisions on college entrance examination admission, admission principles are as follows:

For candidates in Jiangsu province, the academic level test requirements: the academic level test requires that the scores of two selected subjects be 1A 1B or above; Subjects 4C and above are required, and the technology is qualified. On the premise that the candidates have passed the academic level test and reached the score line of Tianjin University in Jiangsu Province, the admission major is determined by the total score of the original scores of mathematics, Chinese and foreign languages plus extra points (out of 480 points); When the candidates' total scores are the same, they are sorted by math, Chinese and foreign language scores in turn. Under the same conditions, candidates with higher academic level examination subjects are given priority.

For Inner Mongolia candidates, our school adopts? Clearly marked? The admission principle, that is, score first, will rank from high to low according to the actual test scores, and then arrange majors one by one. There is no grade difference between majors.

Article 15 With regard to the physical examination of candidates, the school implements the relevant provisions of the Guiding Opinions on the Physical Examination of Enrollment in Ordinary Colleges and Universities (J [2003] No.3) issued by the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Health and the China Disabled Persons' Federation, as well as the relevant Supplementary Provisions on the Physical Examination of Enrollment in Ordinary Colleges and Universities issued by the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Health.

Article 16 The admission methods for students who are recommended for admission, national defense students, art students, self-enrollment, high-level art groups, high-level sports teams, vocational education teachers' classes, second bachelor's degrees, overseas Chinese students from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, and higher vocational colleges in our school shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant work regulations of the Ministry of Education and the enrollment brochures of our school this year. The enrollment of Tibetan classes in the mainland and Xinjiang senior high schools is conducted under the leadership of the leading group for enrollment of Tibetan classes in the mainland and Xinjiang senior high schools in the Ministry of Education.

Seventeenth freshmen, in accordance with the relevant documents of the Ministry of education for qualification examination and physical examination. Those who fail to pass the examination will be dealt with by the school as appropriate until their qualifications are cancelled. Anyone who is found to have obtained admission qualification by deception shall be disqualified.

Chapter IV Others

Article 18 Higher vocational colleges (majors) of Tianjin University only recruit Tianjin science students, who are day students, with a schooling of 3 years. The admission principles are the same as those in Chapter III of the Articles of Association, and Tianjin University diploma will be issued after graduation.

Nineteenth our school tuition standards in accordance with the relevant provisions of the state. If the country adjusts the undergraduate tuition standard this year, our school will charge tuition according to the new regulations. In addition, our school will charge different standard accommodation fees according to different accommodation conditions.

Twentieth professional campus arrangements:

Students majoring in architecture, urban and rural planning, environmental design, information management and information system, information management and information system (confidential management direction), industrial engineering, engineering management, business administration, financial management, e-commerce, logistics engineering, finance, pharmacy, biological science and marine science are arranged in Weijin Road campus.

Students majoring in measurement and control technology and instruments, photoelectric information science and engineering, biomedical engineering, electronic science and technology (photoelectric technology), electrical engineering and its automation, automation, electronic science and technology (solid-state electronics and microelectronics), electronic information engineering, Internet of Things engineering, communication engineering, integrated circuit design and integrated system are arranged in Beiyangyuan Campus, and their juniors and seniors are arranged in Weijin Road Campus.

Students majoring in Optoelectronic Information Science and Engineering (jointly organized by Tiannan University) are arranged in Jinnan Campus of Nankai University for freshmen and sophomores, and Weijin Road Campus of Tianjin University for juniors and seniors. For students majoring in molecular science and engineering, freshmen and sophomores are arranged in Balitai Campus of Nankai University, and juniors and seniors are arranged in Beiyangyuan Campus of Tianjin University.

Students from other majors are arranged in Beiyangyuan Campus.

After the freshmen of all majors enter the school, the campus arrangement in the training stage is subject to the latest regulations of the school.

Supplementary rules

Article 22 As the enrollment policies formulated by the provincial admissions committees are different, they are applicable to all provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities). In principle, the enrollment policies implemented by our school in the local area shall be subject to the contents of our undergraduate enrollment regulations published by the local provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities). If there is any misunderstanding in the contents of the enrollment regulations published by various media platforms, the complete enrollment regulations published by our school shall prevail.

Article 23 If the previous requirements and regulations on enrollment in our school are in conflict with the articles of association, the articles of association shall prevail and the original policies and regulations shall be abolished immediately; In case of any conflict between the Articles of Association and the national laws, regulations, rules and relevant policies of the superior, the national laws, regulations, rules and relevant policies of the superior shall prevail.

Article 24 The Articles of Association shall be interpreted by the Admissions Office of Tianjin University.

Article 25 The Articles of Association shall come into force as of the date of promulgation.
