The major of art design in HKU is mainly the Department of Architectural Space, ranking 12 in QS World Architecture Ranking 20 18.

There are three departments related to school architecture: architecture specialty, school of architecture, China Hongkong Architecture and Urban Research Center.

The architecture department has six majors and projects: architecture, real estate and architecture, urban planning and design, landscape architecture, architectural protection and design.
