Students in any of the following circumstances shall be allowed to change majors and transfer schools:

(1) Students do have expertise, and I apply for the exam, which is recommended by my department (major). After the examination of the transferred department (major), it is confirmed that the transferred department (major) can play its expertise;

Need to transfer to other colleges and universities, recommended by the transfer school, confirmed by the transfer school examination, you can play a special role;

Twenty-second one of the following circumstances, will not be considered to change majors, transfer.

Changing majors requires exams and freshman grades.
