The data shows that 77.5% students always eat in the canteen, and the remaining 22.5% students eat at school most of the time. For the healthy growth of college students, it is necessary to strengthen the supervision and construction of canteens.
2. Dining precautions.
The data show that the main factors to be considered when choosing a canteen are: taste (57.5%), convenience (20%) and price (18.75%); The most concerned factors are: taste (37.5%), sanitary environment (37.5%) and price (15%); The main factors considered when choosing a dining window are taste (52.5%), price (16.25%) and service attitude (15%). It can be seen that taste, sanitary environment, convenience, price and service attitude are the main factors affecting dining choice.

The data showed satisfactory (25%), fair (62.5%) and unsatisfactory (12.5%). More than half of the respondents think that the existing facilities of the school canteen are acceptable, but a few people are still dissatisfied, accounting for only 25%, indicating that the current canteen facilities are still unsatisfactory, and it is necessary to further strengthen and update the old facilities and increase supporting facilities in time according to the needs of diners.
4. The quality of dishes
The data showed that the taste of food was: average (67.5%), poor (20%); Nutrition: general (66.25%), no nutrition (21.25%); Style: more (38.75%), less (43.75%), less (12.5%). It can be seen that more than half of the respondents think that the quality of canteen food is average, and the proportion of people who think that the taste is poor, the nutrition is less and the style is less is also large. It is understood that there are several main reasons: First, the same price of canteen dishes is unreasonable, and the dishes change too little. Although there are many varieties of a food, they are almost all the year round, which is boring. Second, the dishes have a single taste, sometimes too much and sometimes too salty, and the overall taste is too much, mainly spicy, with no local characteristics, which makes people feel that everything they eat is a taste and the dishes are not good-looking. Therefore, it is necessary to increase the variety of meals and change the variety according to seasonality and regionality to meet the expectations of most students. The quality of food is the most important link in the canteen. The quality of meals directly affects the health of students and the reputation of canteens, which requires that canteens should have a correct attitude, strictly control the quality of meals from the health interests of students, and serve students with high-quality meals.

Although most students said that the price of meals in the canteen was too expensive. It is understood that the price of vegetables in the canteen, especially the price of meat, is unreasonable, which makes many students unacceptable. Most people think it is too expensive and the quantity is small. For the price of food, the canteen can make appropriate adjustments, starting from the interests of students, appropriately reduce the price of food in the canteen, and solve the unbearable problems that students say. On the other hand, at present, the prices of food and vegetables are rising, and the price reduction of canteens is limited. Therefore, the market prices of some rice, noodles, vegetables and meat can be publicized, so that the management of the canteen can be made public and the students can feel at ease.
7. Service attitude
In the service survey, it is considered good (26.25%) and fair (63.75%). I think the service conditions in the canteen are not good. The reason is that the staff in the canteen show enthusiasm and patience for students' different food requirements, but there are also some problems, such as the service staff smiling less, stiff expression, some service staff's language indifference, lack of enthusiasm, poor patience, inaccurate measurement of ordering, fewer mistakes in swiping cards, frequent brushing and frequent typing of wrong dishes.
8. Dining orders
The data shows that the respondents think that the dining order in the canteen is very good (3.75%), good (22.5%), fair (47.5%), poor (22.5%) and very poor (3.75%). According to the survey, almost all the respondents think that the order of cooking in school canteens is average. In the investigation, it was found that the dining order did not achieve the most satisfactory effect, mainly because there was a long queue when lunch was concentrated, and the canteen area was too small, which led to the inconvenience of walking in the canteen and the phenomenon of staggered rows and queue jumping. The disorder of cooking in the canteen not only reduces the efficiency of cooking, but also leads to unpleasant events such as quarrels. Therefore, how to guide and call on college students to cook in an orderly way in canteen management has a great influence on ensuring the quality of college students' diet and standardizing the dining environment in canteens.

According to the data, the respondents' satisfaction with the amount of meals served in the canteen is: satisfactory (15%), average (55%), too much (7.5%) and too little (22.5%).
This survey shows that the amount of meals in the canteen is reasonable, and there are relatively few cases of insufficient meals.
10. Comprehensive evaluation
The data shows that the overall feeling of the canteen is very good (0%), good (26.25%), fair (58.75%), poor (1 1.25%) and very poor (3.75%). Judging from the feelings of the respondents, the management of the canteen is still at a medium level. It shows that in some aspects, there are problems that cannot be ignored in our canteen, which deserve our deep thinking.
