Fourth, the review process.
1. Graduate students should submit review materials according to the requirements of relevant documents.
2. The Graduate Scholarship Evaluation Committee of the College strictly examines the relevant information of the applicant, organizes the evaluation, and conducts real-name voting in principle (the number of votes must be over half), resulting in a list of recommended candidates for the Graduate Principal Award and other scholarships, which will be issued.
3. The Postgraduate Principal Award is recommended by the Graduate Scholarship Evaluation Committee of the College and organized and implemented by the Graduate Scholarship Evaluation Committee of the School.
4. National scholarships, academic scholarships and other graduate scholarships are reviewed by the Graduate Scholarship Review Committee of the College, and the review results are reported to the school for record after five days of publicity without objection.
5. The list of the proposed winners will be publicized in the whole school. After publicity without objection, the school will announce the winners of the 2022 graduate scholarship.

1. The scope of participating in the postgraduate scholarship is: (1) Postgraduates who have China nationality and are included in the national postgraduate enrollment plan, and the admission category is full-time non-directional employment (the file and salary relationship have been transferred to Shandong University, and there is no fixed salary income) (within the prescribed academic year); (2) Graduate students who have signed a non-on-the-job agreement can participate in the evaluation of graduate scholarships; (3) Graduate students who have signed on-the-job agreements such as "High-level Talents Strengthening the Army", "Special Program for Doctoral Teachers in Xinjiang" and "High-level Talents Program for Ethnic Minorities" can participate in academic scholarships and awards for outstanding graduate cadres; (4) The doctoral scholarships enrolled in the "research-funded doctoral students" special program shall be fully borne by the tutor; (5) Full-time employment-oriented graduate students, part-time graduate students, graduate students who have exceeded the prescribed academic year, overseas Chinese students from Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macao, and international students can participate in the evaluation of the Principal Award and the Outstanding Graduate Cadre Award.
2. Postgraduates who continue to study for a master's degree in the first and second academic years participate as master's students, and participate as doctoral students from the third academic year to graduation; Undergraduate direct doctoral students participate in the evaluation as doctoral students.
3. Under any of the following circumstances, graduate students are not eligible to participate in the postgraduate scholarship of that year: (1) Those who violate national laws and school regulations will be given disciplinary sanctions; (2) academic misconduct is verified; (3) those who fail in a single subject of the training plan; (4) Suspension or retention of student status; (5) Not attending school for reasons such as going abroad privately, getting sick or starting a business; (6) Failing to pay the tuition or accommodation fee of the current year on time.

(2) After publicity, if there is no objection, the college will enter the relevant postgraduate academic scholarships into the postgraduate management information system.
3. National scholarships and other postgraduate scholarships
(1) Postgraduates applying for scholarships enter the Approval Form for Postgraduate Scholarships of Shandong University in 2022 in the postgraduate management information system (the system automatically generates it), and the tutor fills in the recommendation opinions and submits them to the college for review.
(2) The Graduate Scholarship Evaluation Committee of the College strictly examines the relevant information of the applicant, organizes the evaluation according to the Distribution Table of Outstanding Graduate Scholarship Plan of Shandong University in 2022, and determines the list of graduate students to be awarded, which will be publicized for five days.
(3) After publicity without objection, it will be approved by the college in the graduate management information system.
4. Submission of materials
65438+1October 24-26 at 8: 30-11:30&; 14:00- 17:00, the college summarizes relevant materials and submits them to the graduate school and the graduate work department of the party Committee.
After the list of candidates for the National Postgraduate Scholarship was publicized in the school for five working days without objection, the approval form for the 2022 Graduate Scholarship of Shandong University was put on record and sealed by the school, and was deposited in the relevant graduate personnel files by the college.
After the list of other types of graduate scholarships is put on record and sealed by the Graduate School and the Graduate Work Department of the Party Committee, the Approval Form for Graduate Scholarships of Shandong University in 2022 is put into the relevant graduate personnel files by the College.
